what goes around comes around!

when and how did this saying originated?

isnt it so generic for all circumstances?

what about one good turn deserve another ...or you scratch my back and i scratch yours...or in the opposite sense...an eye for an eye,...a tooth for a tooth

but seems that what goes around comes around is used either way...

so for me...it means render kindness for the cosmic energy has its way of judging if I deserve a good turn.

Goldie

The 'Round Abbots' were previously 'square earth' proponents,
so it took some time and a lot of clever thinking to redefine their marketing strategies,
I mean, whoever heard the expression "what goes asquare comes asquare"??

It is true that 'The awakened one' spoke of kharma around 500 years before the bible surfaced,
but the true origins of 'what goes around ..' lie with our neolithic ancestors, most notably from within the Tuit clan of Ethiopia.

After perfecting the wheel, these pioneering souls went about trying to market their amazing invention under the initial branding of Round Tuit ('get a round tuit' was the first catchcry)

Word of mouth spread like wildfire across the African continent, alas the Tuit name was abandoned as competitors began marketing their own versions of the wheel (like the Merigo clan with their 'Merigo-round' and the European Abbots with the 'Round-Abbot'- which eventually translterated into 'Round-about' and gave rise to their popular 'Swings and Round-Abbots' jingle)

Eventually, competing manufacturers of the wheel decided to get together under a cooperative banner called the United Round-Nations in order to market to the world,
hence 'what goes around comes around'
