双子座一周星运

看报纸的时候，很巧看到“一周星运”，双子座是这么写的：如果你觉得自己总是磕磕绊绊，那最好的对策就是按兵不动。如果事情不如你愿，或者你急于知道结果，而他人又不给你回应，那就将精力转移到其他事上吧。”想想自己最近碰上的事情，辞职都一个月余，公司还没有任何药交接的迹象。这星座的一周的星运还真的蛮接近现实的。

睡觉前有看了点《重遇未知的 自己》，突然发现自己原来还是那么的不淡定，那么的心浮气躁。张德芬在书上说：不管有没有所谓的“命中注定”这回事儿，我们都要尊重事实，这是很重要的。事实既然发生了，我们就要尊重它，不去抗拒，或是心生嗔厌。我觉得圣严法师说得很好，碰到自己不喜欢的事情时，我们要“接纳它，面对它，处理它，放下它。学会了这几句话的智慧，我们每个人都可以过着自在安心的日子。

而现在，我需要做的是努力学会接纳、面对、处理，而后放下！
