Ⅰ.Translate the following into English.

1.自2002年2月以来，美元对欧元和日元的汇率开始下滑,这与美国巨额的贸易逆差和财政赤字有关。

Since February，2002,the US dollar to Euro and Japanese Yen exchange rates began to glide down.this is related with the huge fiscal defects and trade deficit of USA.

2.对世界经济的预测，从某种程度上讲,就是对美国、欧盟和日本这三大经济体的经济预测。

To forecast the world economic,in some terms,is to forecast the economic blocs of the USA,European Union and Japan.

3.2003年全球经济前景不佳。全年GDP的增长将低于预期。唯一令人高兴的是中国经济增长速度没有 “明显的下降”。尽管有“非典”的影响，但它仍然会保持在一个较高水平。

The Economical prospect of 2003 is not so good.the growth of Gdp will be lower than anticipation.
we should be glad that the speed of china's economic growing isn't “dropping obviously”.
although it is affected by SARS, it will still maintain at a high level.
