顿悟

某日经过农家，劳作了一天的农人端了海碗坐在院坪前的石墩上，饭和菜和在了一起，米饭是白的，辣椒是青的，煞是鲜亮。农人不紧不慢地扒拉着，神情安详笃定，独享着手里的一钵一饭，那一份无以言状的享受，那一份从心底流出的安宁与富足。让人顿悟，快乐就在农人劳作后那一刻的歇息里，幸福就在农人的一饭一钵
