Anyone who can suggest or advise about cancer cure?

I researched a lot online, talked to some friends in medical profession, asked suggestions for the herbalist. I don't know what to do next. My mom is diagnosed with cancer of poorly differentiated carcinoma from unknown primary origin Stage 4. According to her oncologist, her life is only until this year of 2009. At first I felt devastated. I was so emotional for how many weeks, cried, sobbed and prayed hard to God. Now, I have no more tears to fall. Although I know I need to learn to accept what will happen to mom, deep inside my heart, I still have this eager hope that there may still be a cure.

I heard about agaricus herb that can cure cancer but I don't know if this will be effective to cure the cancer of poorly differentiated carcinoma.

Do you have any idea, suggestion or advise?

I'm not a Doctor "Geminipinay", but I am a believer of God. I can tell you this, the ultimate cure is God. I've worked in the medical field for several years and have seen and talked with cancer patients. Here in Houston, we are known for having some of the best hospitals throughout the entire nation. Many travel to Houston from other states just to get care (even for our cancer centers).

To be honest with you, I've seen many patients undergo the same procedures to rid them of their cancers (radiation treatment and etc.). Some survive (live free of cancer) and some do not (pass away). As you have learned through your research, there are several alternatives or ways to fight cancer. These different approaches have all had some victories and some losses. Not one theory is guaranteed. Please don't ever blame yourself for not finding the right treatment for your mom, maybe one is not meant to be found.

It all comes down to God. If He wants her to live, she will. If He wants to end her life in her earthly body, He will. Just keep praying and listen to God. If you really listen, He will talk with you. It may not be when you want, but He will answer you. Whatever He tells you when He does talk with you, you must accept it. Maybe He has already answered you, but you just can't accept what He told you. Come to terms with it through getting closer to God in prayer, worship and study.

With God all things are possible (so keep the Faith), but at the same time we will experience loss at times. Through it all, everything works out for the good of God, even if we do not fully understand how it does.

Is there a cure for your mom, yes there is, but it is all up to God to allow your mom to be healed.

TRY THIS:

There have been many stories of followers of God giving things up for Him (making sacrifices) in order to receive an answered prayer. One story was about Hannah. Hannah was barren (couldn't have a child). She eventually prayed to God for a child and made a vow with Him that she would give the child (Samuel) back to Him (to be raised among the Priests). This story can be found in the Bible, 1 Samuel 1:1-28.

You can try making a vow to God (sacrificing something) in return for your mom to be cured. Keep in mind that this method is a HOLY one. This is not a game or a selfish gamble. One should never make a vow unless they have weighed every option. If you make such a vow, God will hold you to it. If He cures your mom after you have made the vow, you must for-fill your agreement. I can't tell you what you will need to sacrifice, this is something that you will have to pray about and do some soul-searching. Once again, making a vow is SERIOUS, this is not a game. Get counseling (input) from mature believers in God before making a vow. Even if you make a vow, the healing of your mom is still not guaranteed, and if your mom is not cured, you don't have to for-fill your end of the agreement.

I hope that I was of some help.

Your mom will be in my prayers and so will you,
Rick

P.S.
I apologize if you are not a Christian, for I have given you Christian advice. Whoever your God is, you can still try to use the same approaches and hope for the best.

Hi G, there are many traditional Chinese herbs that reduce pain and make her more comfortable, but the greatest medicine for both of you might be acceptance that life does not go on forever but that love and memories do.
Your friend Omri

I am deeply touched, almost blinded with tears while reading all your notes here. Thank you very much. I haven't personally met all of you but your care and concern move my heart.

Two drugs from unlikely sources -- an ocean-growing sponge and a European evergreen tree -- apparently team up well to prevent the spread of cancer cells.

The sponge-based drug, discodermolide, works with a yew tree derivative called paclitaxel to thwart tumor cell growth, according to research published in the July 15 issue of Cancer Research.

In fact, using the drugs in combination is several times more effective than using either drug alone, concluded researchers at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Both drugs prevent cancer spread by interfering with tumor cells' ability to divide, keeping cells stalled in a pre-division stage of growth.

Paclitaxel currently is an approved drug for the control of cancer growth, while discodermolide is undergoing phase one clinical trials.
