Great!!!!!!!! Everyone stay safe.... "Regular Work Day" starts Monday... I've had an essential employee and, work from home status, although I have gone to work daily. It's simply easier for me to do some things in my office, than at home. I am very concerned to be very careful. at my age, and my known health concerns,... it would be insidious for me to try to pretend that I'm not in a risk category. I bought all the PPE, including Tyvek suit, 1/2 face respirator, KN95 mask, gloves, sanitizer, wipes and etc... I went grocery shopping in what looked like a "hazmat set it"... ( I don't know the many individual people in the store, and many did not wear a mask or anything)... I see many people who don't wear mask, have not second thought about touching the doors when they enter stores, and some have their kids, and none have mask. Anything of this level of sickness and death is not anything to take casual. As to the people who utilize this website... over the years those who continue to come... whether they get along or not, may still have the grace of regard for life, to appreciate that all are still alive and well. What ever anyone thinks of this site, they have managed not to bombard it with advertising and the blog script has remained simple to use, and although people don't use the Magazine sections as people once did, it is still a great forum. This site does not try to be Facebook, and its does not try to be like the many others... its just a simple site to use... So... I have continued to use it for many years. I'm not here on some hunt down mission of chasing pictures, I come to write and share thoughts. Life becomes fuller when people interact with the shared thoughts of others. STAY SAFE.... ENJOY THE PEOPLE WHO COME AND READ AND INTERACT...

Thank you... I'm sure my expanded commentary Irks some... but I don't let that stop me from expressing thoughts. I cannot make it my issue because some people are more into brevity. I had people say, "I was in panic mode" because I warned them of the Virus, I even gave people mask, and some asked me silly questions like "Am I suppose to wear this"... Now, everyday at work, they are wearing their mask. Notices I sent out are posted in workplaces very prominently so people can 'stay focused. I've never been one to "skim over stuff"... and at my age, its certainly not likely to become my choice to do so. Even when it comes to people and relationships... some simply can't deal with "open expressions", as if they "want a mystery".... heck, there's no mystery... I'm alive... so that means my presence in life is no mystery, its simply "me" being alive. I think some of the people who say they want relationships, don't really want it... because if they did, "they'd stop chasing fantasy as if their fantasy ideals will be something that another human being will devote their life to being. People have to deal with the "realism of the individual", and use the great gift that mankind has... which is: "communication" if they want to make relationships. Not expect others to submit to their concepts, but learn how to adjust their concepts to whom an individual is. some just grow older, trying to be a special prize, when fact is... everyone is "Special" in their own uniqueness of being. Everyone won't like everything about everyone, and there certainly is no Perfect People.... its just "Us"... as human beings. Character, Integrity, and the Dignity to be an honest persons... may well be and come before all the things the eyes fancy. Then people.. might begin to see people, as the individual they are. Likes and Dislikes of surface things, change.... as does life... so people have to be prepared not only to grow, but learn how to deal with change in doing so. Thus so, your statement of " First Obligation" is certainly on point.

Your practicality is and has remained solid over the years !!! if you note some have many squabbles they hold as grudges and contempt and you've not had nor displayed that... because you know how to put things in perspective, rather than letting emotion put things out of perspective.

how sad to see "Gone with the wind" remove from HBO ! wonder why not take it down before this current movement ? Can we rewrite the history by hiding the truth? .
