 When there are Federal or State projects, there is regulatory restriction on what % of the production components can be allowed to be foreign made. The adherence to this % may be a point of questions.
Top Military will invariably investigate the contractor and builder organization and any found to be in violation of these % quota's may find themselves facing congressional investigation.
