Spiritual training

Many peoples have conduct spiritual training, but most of them only understand to genuflect before Buddha or the Crucifix, spiritual training is not about raising your head and lookup, it is about lowering your head and learn humility and honesty.

 This very true,as i always lower my head to more understanding and learning to,i also like nature and be as one with all she has created i also learn from her in many ways as all things have story to tell and many things we can see and learn from.many peoples lost there way or path,to find it is to find ones self first and also be in unity with all your suroundings.Life has no meaning with out purpose.

also wanting to say thank you for saying humble words about how you write,as i write also free and from heart so not alway write how many write in good english.
