If this ever gets to you
will you know it's from me?
Or would you think it was a joke
throw it back to the sea.

Or do you,
do you know everything I'm feeling?
Do you know no one could love you more
My true north.

If this ever gets to you
will you please forgive me?
I was the one who let you down
It's too late for "sorry".

But do you,
do you know everything I'm feeling?
Do you know no one could love you more
My true north.

If I told you then -
I'd made it clear
would you still be here?

If this ever gets to you
will you still remember me?

And do you,
do you know everything I'm feeling?
Do you know no one could love you more
My true north.

You said you would come to me,

Sailing me out on the water

To the far end of the sea

A place I expect to be..

But with years past

I am still here on the beach

With the hope that

You would come to me.

I don’t wanna take it as a promise

But a dream I have on my journey…

Wanna reach you with my hands;
Wanna hold you with my arms;
Wanna read you with my eyes;
Wanna feel you with my heart.
But like the starlight afar,
You are away from me apart.

Expect the way you greet me;
Expect the way you reach me;
Expect the way you whisper to me;
expect the way you sing to me.
But like the starlight afar,
You are away from me apart.

Yet, high above there,
You keep glancing at me,
And I can hear you speaking my name;
Softly in my ear
You breathe a flame.
And all the fears depart,
under the starlight afar...

没梦的日子,仿佛天空不再有阳光不再有空气;

喜欢做梦,幻想那一片可以放飞梦想的天空;
喜欢做梦,幻想那位帮我梦想风帆的舵手;

Let’s Dance in the Sun

Often hear people complain about their life, about something that they are not satisfied. Is it the case that the world and happiness belong to those lucky people?
My answer to this is: NO.
Happiness not just belong to those lucky people alone, likewise, worries are just like the changing shadow following behind, so, we can not get rid of either of them no matter we like it or not. Some people are not willing to enter the glorious sunshine for fear that they may face the long shadow; While some others just sigh for not having the sunshine in the sky, but always rain falling. However, those people with positive mind can adjust themselves alternatively, greet the sun with smiles and throw away the shadow of worries. Facing to each sunrise, they will talk happily to themselves: Nice that I can see the sun rise again!
We do not have the right to worry. All we have is the sunshine, in which we will cover the journey that life grants us. So why not dance in the sunshine with smiles rather than hesitate in the shadow with worries?!
Come on, my friends, let’s dance in the sunshine!

Gone with the wind

Is the summer night;

Here comes a breeze

Is the autumn wind;

Though you are away afar,

Under the shiny sky

We share the same star;

Sealed with my kiss,

Flying to you

Is the letter of my tender love.

Kiss you goodbye

the summer night;

But I will see you in the moonlight;

Knowing the love we will miss,

Let's make a pledge

to meet on an autumn night...

Who is more open - Chinese men are foreign men?

We have been taking it for granted that foreign men are more open than Chinese men as we read and see in the novels or movies. But out of my expectation that they are more conservative than Chinese men nowadays.

Thanks to the fast development of the society that men are easier to get to know each other and communicate through the internet, either by chatting in the chat rooms or writing to each other here in AF. Then they can meet if possible no matter they get to know well or not. It seems that more people have some close relationship with their net pals after they have met, which can be seen and heard from quite a broad sources. So popular here among Chinese now that we think Chinese are getting more and more open than they were thought to be.

Recently one of my female friends proved to me that Chinese men are more open than foreign men by her own experience. She is a pretty woman, divorced. Most of the Chinese men she has met appeared more open and more direct as to getting closer to her, but those foreign men she knew seem to be more conservative, either in words or in behavior, although they show their appreciation or love to her as well.

I am not so sure about this conclusion simply from this that Chinese men are more open than foreign men. What do you think, my friends -- men or women?

Read Yourself Quietly

Do you also have the same feeling that you wonder where you are when showering in the cold moonlight you suddenly wake up in a cold midnight? Do you also wonder what you are when looking back among the crowds in the noisy world?

We take it for granted to read others and give comments on others, but not bother to study ourselves and ask ourselves what we are fit for; we hesitate too often without any decision at crosses of life. What seems to be the reasons?

Read yourself quietly and carefully, and you will find the answer.
