When they turn out the light

The connection is tenuious, and you would miss it if you did not concentrate on it,with your heart and insides rather than your brain,if you try you can sometimes find and feel that kind of connection with someone, and you can feel when it fades, sometimes it feels like someone turned out the light while you are still in the room, other times it slowly burns out. Many people ignore this feeling rather than to try to communicate it,and given most peoples tendency to avoid conflict, not many will acknowledge something is wrong. The social constant of the heart mantra is disturbed however, and one can,if you take off the blindfold on your feelings, feel it come and go.The coming, the onset,is the most wonderful feeling, but many people have the mistaken idea that it is always this way.Even with a psychic string to someone else to maintain the excitement requires more communication rather than less.Often times people think they reach a plateu where your partner "should be able to know what I am feeling";Sometimes:yes, but is it wise to bet your Heart on it? I lit a candle and held it up to try to find my way,but the candle flickers feebly and is fading fast,I felt it going, but even though I try,I cannot make it burn longer or brighter like it once was. There is not enough heat in the candle to keep me alive, and then you feel it....Dark Heart!

Sabatical and Soliloquy

After a time I return and find all is quiet,as I turned off my profile in hopes that someone would notice, specifically one person-you can wait for someone to come down off the fence, but I often think,if they truly loved you,why did they ever get on the fence?Circumstance often dictates the fates of Lovers but sometimes, when we are lucky, there are circumstances over which we have control, and in excercising control,I listen to the sounds of my sabatical, hoping for the joy of a familiar voice, and hear...only crickets.

I went to the Vets Hall today because it cried most of the day and I could not work.In the paper it said a Pearl Harbor survivor would be there and I got there too late to see him,It was a very Deep and Heartfelt thing to visit the Arizona Memorial when I went to Hawaii and I wish to pay my respects for those who were there that day,and those who are still there. My Uncle Bill died in WWII,He was a Navigator on a B24 and died somewhere over Germany. The Army Air Corp had the highest casualty rates, the life expectancy of someone in a bomber was about two weeks. My Uncle Bill knew this and still flew, and volunteered to do so.He died trying to save someone in a shot up plane,he could have bailed himself, but chose to go back and help the tail gunner, the plane exploded before they made it out.to me,this is a typical example of atypical sacrfices and never since those days of a World so clearly devided has anything ever been as unambigous as the sacrifices of those ghosts and the reason for it.the fate of the world was made upon the deaths of brave and couragous men and women in all areas, from those who gave their lives to those who gave the sweat of their labor to stop the abomination that was the National Socialist Party. The Japanese did the Free World a favor by bringing us into it,but I still anguish over all those reveared dead, and wonder what happen to those undevided feelings of right and wrong.Uncle Bill,I never missed a man so much in my Life, and I wasn't even born when you died~A

Dear perusers of punditry,Ariande has inspired me to write a list of my own, open to revision and suggestions!!!

List of people and Things I cannot take seriously Starting with the List Maker(^_^)
1.People with absolute beliefs irregardless of any evidence or new discovery. This includes scientists too!!!
2.Any politician, the act of seeking office precludes any politico from telling the truth or they never would be able to pander to a wide enough audience to get elected!!
3.Anybody holding a sign asking for money,if they have the strength to do this, they have the strength to do something more productive.
4.White people with dreadlocks
5.Any corporation that claims to care about the environment unless that is their only function.
6.Any reason they give for raising the price of oil or making more fuel efficient vehicles.
7.Anything that TV news hypes too much,in fact, most of America news reporting, who REALLY cares about Brittany et al!?!
8.Drunks or other inebriated people.
9.Any click on add I have ever seen on the net.

I drive all night, and through the fog Giant Redwood trees come at me in the rain,I see an indistict figure cross in front of me,is it Bigfoot?no,its only a deer, but I imagine as I hurtle down the mountain running after Big Foot,or as my mexican friend calls him Pia Grande and I run after Bigfoot and scream"I am sorry for the human race!!!!"...."sorry we are ruining it for you, making it hard for you to survive!!!!chopping down all your nice Big Redwoods!!!,Sorry Sasqautch!!!"" but i know he could never understand me so I would just cry very loud and maybe he would know I hope no one ever hurts him,but its too late for that,I imagine there has to be a lot more than one,as they have found hair samples that do not correspond with any known species, and fewment samples too(poopy!)so I think he is real,as in the Asian jungles, there is Ourang Pendek, and also the famous Yeti.Major fauna are still discovered from time to time, its not unreasonable,no one belived in mountain gorrilas until a live specimen was brought back in 1896 but I hope they never do that to poor Pia Grande.I keep driving and see ghosts in the fog and I think what a magic place it must be for those who lived here before the pollution of europeans.I cannot do much to change this, but whenever I see a disposable battery,I pick it up,and put it in the garbage(they are very poison to decompose)its just something,I picked up trash inthe redwoods one day,and trash at the beach, maybe it wont change anything, but it changes me(^_^)and maybe Bigfoot would smile

Who is Driving the Earth Bus?

The Earth,is like a bus,and we are all passengers,But the Earth bus drives by it self and this idea is unacceptable to some,so they make up a driver in their minds and point to the drivers seat and say"The Holy Ghost is driving the bus!" but there is never anything there.I ask myself:What is more acceptable to believe? That a capricious apathetic ghost is in control of this bus,or,it drives by itself? Why then,if the ghost captain is in control does he swerve and cause great damage with such random maliciousness? Those who believe in the ghost driver say"Because the ghost has an invisble evil twin that causes all the pain and random acts of violence by nature and man" The logic is inescapablef this ridiculous notion is true, then the ghost driver is truly not driving and really cannot be in control. One final fact. For years subways have been capable of driving them selves, but they still put a pilot compartment for the single reason of making passengers feel at ease.It is a window on our humanity to understand our need to be lead.On the bus,I look out the window and wonder at the scenery and wonder how people can be sleeping(^_^)

The Fulcrum Point

What is it that makes some people stop caring about there self and there bodies? At some point do they just give up on the race and "take off the uniform?" Was it a lot of little battles lost or one final act of despair? Is there some fulcrum or tipping point where need outweighs accepted social custom and in the act of reaching drives others away?.Is truth of emotion so unacceptable that we are rigidly driven to shy away from too much?Who can truly know except by trial and error we learn how much truth is too much too soon.It seems like life is all too short a date with finality to play these chess games of love and sex.I much prefer to play cards and lay them on the table. It seems like this kind of honesty has no place in this day and age.I long for a return to honest Hearts

The Perception of Ideals

Does the perception of our ideals cause our hearts to never find the same road together?Maybe we don't convey our feelings about this ideal because of the foibles of human sociality. Our inherent perceptions of the ancient cosmic mating rituals may preclude our abilty to communicate in a meaningful way before nature takes over and we say or perceive something that causes one or both to go their own way.The path not taken is always remembered, some with joy, some with regret and often recalls the "if" in life.

Poetry....lays bare, under a light which shakes off the ordinary commonality of our lives, the surprising things which suround us and our senses record mechanically~Paraphrase of Jean Cocteau. In everyday life right before our eyes are the most amazing things which escape our attention, and with just a slight reign of our fractilized attention we can notice and live in a sense of wonder each day,the leaves of Fall, the dew upon a spiders web as the sun shoots through it;A tiny pair of married mushrooms; The way that light lays upon the dark rainy street at night. With all this, My Kingdom of Wonder to point out to my Beloved, where is my Mushroom?I am in the dark!!!

Dear Posterity, here I am living in a hotel and wondering why it does not bother me anymore. It is so strange that the people I would like to meet the most are often just flashes in the fire of the internet.they may fill out a profile and then never return to it,may wink or write a letter and then chase butterflys or who knows what.Living away from home is just a way of saying that the herd is thining out and I did not make the cut.I did not build a good enough nest or did not perform my courtship mating dance properly. It makes me curious to know who was sucessful at this elaborate seeming dance of life.I wonder if any the the women who look at my profile ever read my blog?Recently some woman who was writing me had the temerity to suggest that I was in fact uneducated which is ludicrous if she had read just one entry of these consolation scratchings. In fact it does not matter if anyone does as I just write this now to get rid of the emotional toxic waste that can accumulate after such encounters. It seems it does no good to complain a bout something you have no control over so I should just concenatre on whats good(^_^)
