No matter what our Conscious Self finds rational, no reasons make up for the sense of loss. Our Basic Self grows attached to relationships and people. Here in the realm of changes, we cannot hold onto anything or anyone forever. By accepting the process of change, of gain and loss, we take one more step up the mountain path on the way of the peaceful warrior.

Saying Good-bye to a Love one

I will try to remember and picture you who have left in a happy moment of laughter, kindness, and calm. I try to feel the joy of that moment, and recognize that no one can take away these internal memories, which I am enjoying at any time. Whenever I think about you, I will try to see the happy image, something that I still share in a very sense. The physical part of you has gone away, but the essence and memories will be with me forever. In my mind's eye and my heart, I have picture and feel myself saying a loving good-bye, in any way that I wish, for as long as I need to. I imagine the kind of farewell I would have like to say if I know that you would have to leave. I am trying to accept all the feeling that come up, including the courage to stand alone. I would take within me the good and positive qualities of you as a gift. And say good-bye.

Relationships do no necessarily last "till death do us part" - nor should they, despite best intentions and arbitrary instructions or expectations of others. People come together in relations for a variety of purposes, and the relationship end when these purpose have been fulfilled. Some relationship are meant to last a long time; others, for shorter duration.

Spiritual training
Many peoples have conduct spiritual training, but most of them only understand to genuflect before Buddha or the Crucifix, spiritual training is not about raising your head and lookup, it is about lowering your head and learn humility and honesty.

曾经有份真挚的感情，摆在我的面前，可是我没有珍惜，直到失去后，才追悔莫及，如果上天再给我一次机会，我一定对那个女孩说: “我爱你”。如果在这段感情上加上一个期限的话我希望是一万年。。。

很多的黑夜里，常常倚着墙角点上烟，让那一点烟火的闪亮温暖心的凄凉，让它倾听泪水奔流而下的声音，淡蓝色的烟雾悄无声息的填满了我的空间。在黑暗里拥抱我的孤独。
In many dark night, I often lay against the corner of the wall and lighting up many cigarette, let that blight fire warm up the coldness in heart, let it listen the dropping sound of the tears, light blue smoke silently fill up my space. In the darkness it holds my loneliness.
将燃烧的烟蒂轻轻抛起在空中划过一道火红的弧之后急急的坠向地面，准备上演粉身碎骨的壮烈，却仍在落地的刹那间用尽所有的力量迸出火星绽放它最后的灿烂，这个短暂凄美的过程像极人世间的爱情，灿烂才刚刚开始，死亡已悄然而至，我不厌其烦的看着它一次又一次的上演。
While flaking the ash off the tip of the cigarette, it created a blight red stream, it slowly decending on the floor, meanwhile it still burn as blight it can be, it did the best to show true color, this process just like loving someone in life. It always burning blight in the beginning, but when love fades away, it slowly dying down, I never get tired of watching it over again and again.
爱情，这不是一颗心去敲打另一颗心，而是两颗心共同撞击的火花.
Love, it is not just one heart crashing another heart, it take two heart to crash in order to created this beautiful fire.

有一对男女情侣，他们在一起的时候，男人很不珍惜女孩子，男人只付出一半的心出来，可是女孩子把全部的心都拿出来放在这段感情上。等到女孩子离开的时候，女孩子把全部付出的心都收回来离开了，可是这个男人却用另一半的心去后悔为什么当初没有好好珍惜这个女孩子.
When couple together in love, man would never cherish it, he often only out put half of his heart, then woman will often put in all her heart in to this relationship. When the woman left, man will often use the other half to regret why that he never cherished her.

When you are in love, time freezes, and when your heartbreak, time stop again. Sometimes I wonder how long this feeling going to last, I have so much regretting word in my heart that I want to say to her, but she is not there to listen anymore. Six year, I can¡¯t believe six year of relationship just gone. They said, let bygone be bygone, but the footprint that we walked together are forever in my heart. No matter what I did now, I just can¡¯t make up what I have done wrong. Sometimes I stride so hard to be a better human being, it just never seem to go anywhere. My depression has eating me up everyday, for six years, she have not notice that I suffering from depression, for six years, I have not told her once¡
